The program was amazing,we learn a lot of beautiful and traditional cuisine here. Sensei Ogawa is a very good teacher,he teach us a lot of his secretes in the kitchen and he push us to learn. We have also a lot of fun and good memories. I appreciate a lot his hard working,also Sensei Yamazaki and the team work.

プログラムは本当に素晴らしく、伝統的で美しい日本料理をたくさん学ぶことができました。
小川先生はとても優れた指導者で、厨房での“秘訣”も含めて多くのことを教えてくださり、私たちが学べるよう背中を押してくれました。
学びだけでなく、楽しい時間や良い思い出もたくさんできました。
小川先生の努力に心から敬意を表します。また、山崎先生やチームの皆さまの連携にも深く感謝しています。
